  • Cabling for nurse call, security cameras, door access and phone systems

Who it’s for

Senior living and healthcare communities, commercial office buildings and property managers, hotels, and businesses with several locations that need consistent, well-documented cabling at every site.

New construction and build-outs

Don’t leave your data cabling to the electrician. On a new build or remodel, we plan the low-voltage work alongside your network from day one, so drops, racks and Wi-Fi access points land where your team actually needs them.

We can coordinate any or all of the following for your project:

  • Project design and low-voltage planning from the blueprints
  • Structured cabling for data, phones, TV and audio, done to BICSI standards
  • Wireless heat mapping and Wi-Fi access point placement
  • Internet service provider connections
  • Door access, security cameras and phone systems
  • Network switching and equipment setup
  • Move-in IT: help desk, onsite support, data backup and cybersecurity

You stay involved at each step, and we work with your general contractor and other trades so the IT side is ready on move-in day.

Network design and project oversight

We design and oversee the network that runs on your cabling, from internet connections and the LAN to Wi-Fi and communications systems. You get one team to plan the work, manage the vendors and document everything at handoff. After move-in, ongoing monitoring and support can continue under a Managed IT Services plan with flat-rate pricing.

How a project works

  1. Free IT Consultation: a no-cost conversation with our team about your building and goals.
  2. Site survey and design (paid): we document the space and plan cable routes, drops and rack locations.
  3. Installation: our team installs, terminates, labels and tests the cabling to BICSI standards.
  4. Documentation and handoff: you get the test results and drop maps, and ongoing support can continue under a managed plan.
