BitTitan is happy to announce that Frank Suglia, VP of technical services, is one of CRN’s 100 People You Don’t Know But Should.
CRN is a media brand of the Channel Company and their 100 People You Don’t Know But Should list shines a light on the channel’s best and brightest, those who may not be as visible as some executives but whose roles are just as vital. This exclusive honor highlights team members working behind the scenes to support not only their partners but the broader channel network as well.
Frank joined BitTitan in 2016. Under his leadership BitTitan has expanded its global technical sales and support capabilities to include German and Japanese markets. This expansion contributed to a significant jump in BitTitan’s overall value. Frank acknowledges, however, that his time at BitTitan wouldn’t have been as successful without an incredibly cohesive and supportive leadership team.
“The experience of being part of a very close-knit and well-operating team has been instrumental not only to my growth but also to the overall growth of BitTitan,” said Frank. “This experience has been the best of my career, and I’ve learned a lot from my fellow leaders.”
Frank has provided crucial guidance and support during times of significant change. In 2021, BitTitan was acquired by Idera, Inc., the parent company of global B2B software productivity brands. During the transition, Frank developed the onboarding and guidance teams. These two teams work closely with the previously established customer success and technical support teams. Together, they now make up BitTitan’s technical services division, which Frank leads. He has built relationships across the division, guaranteeing seamless communication and ensuring that every customer receives the attention they deserve.
“Frank’s influence on BitTitan’s achievements stems from his unique perspective as a former customer,” said Jessica Raymond, senior marketing director at BitTitan. “His firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by IT and service provider professionals has driven the growth of our customer success team and fostered stronger customer relationships. Under his guidance, we’ve established effective internal communication and methodologies across departments, enhancing the overall customer experience and delivering positive business outcomes for our customers through their migration projects.”
Frank sees opportunities to expand BitTitan’s customer support and success service offerings in the future. He will lead this charge by ensuring BitTitan maintains the standard support delivery methodology of its parent company, Idera, while focusing on customer success strategies. Frank’s vision and dedication to customer success put him in elite company among CRN’s other “unsung channel heroes” on this year’s 100 People You Don’t Know But Should list.
